David A. Conti, Partner
David A. Conti joined Godbout Law, PLLC, in 2004 and became a partner in January 2014.
Mr. Conti received his J.D. (cum laude) from Boston University School of Law where he served as an editor on the International Law Journal. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics from The Pennsylvania State University, where he was actively involved in Penn State’s IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon, a student run philanthropy benefitting children with cancer.
Mr. Conti’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including commercial and real estate litigation, and he also handles transactional matters for his individual and business clients. He oversees Godbout Law, PLLC’s securities litigation practice, which includes both customer and industry disputes in courts as well as NASD/FINRA arbitration. Mr. Conti is also the firm’s lead appellate counsel.
Mr. Conti has practiced before all levels of Massachusetts’ state courts, including several arguments before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Mr. Conti has also handled matters before Massachusetts’ Federal District Court and Bankruptcy Courts.
