Toray Plastics American, N.A. voluntarily dismissed all claims with prejudice against Matthew Paknis in an action in the Federal District Court for the District of Rhode Island, 1:18-cv-00672-WES-PAS. Paknis did not sign any settlement agreement or pay any money to Toray in consideration for the dismissal.
